Government of India Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) 576. Shri Tejashwi Surya: Will the Prime Minister be pleased to state: (a) (b) whether the Central and State Government employees have completed the maximum service period of 30 years  After being there is a proposal to retire them;

If yes, will the government mandate all central government employees in different states for this;  

If yes, will the government mandate all the employees of various state governments to do the same;  And what is the purpose behind restricting the service of government employees for 30 years?  (C) (d) 

Answer: Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office (Dr. Jitendra Singh) (a): There is no proposal to change the retirement age of Central Government employees.
